To get you started, here are two sample letters. Use as-is, add your own thoughts or just for the address. It's up to you. What matters is getting your letter to MSDC by 3rd July 2006.
Click here to get the first letter in Microsoft Word format. On a Windows computer the letter should open in Word. You can then edit and save to your computer. If this doesn't work, right click the link and use the Save As option.
If you don't use Windows or Word, the letter is available in Rich Text format. This will work with Open Office and other word processors. Right click here and use Save As.
Click here to get the second letter. This is more complex and is only available in Microsoft Word format.
